How does the Instant Quote work for homes?
Residential Instant Quote is live. In about 90 seconds you enter ZIP, home size, and frequency, then see the cleaning price before sharing your name and contact details.
Can I price move-in or move-out online?
Yes. Move-In / Move-Out pricing is included in the home quote flow using your home-size tier plus NataBel’s approved move-service premium.
What does the Instant Quote price include?
The amount shown is for cleaning service only. Optional add-ons are quoted separately and confirmed by Fatima.
Why does commercial cleaning use a walkthrough?
Facility use, access, frequency, floor types, and scope vary too much for a responsible one-size-fits-all number. The online request prepares a walkthrough and follow-up quote.
Where does NataBel clean?
NataBel is based in Rocklin and serves nearby Placer County communities first, with selected Sacramento-side ZIP coverage based on route and scheduling.
What is the 24-hour Pristine Guarantee?
If an area included in the agreed scope was missed, report it within 24 hours and NataBel will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge.
Do you show ratings and review counts?
Not until real customer reviews exist. NataBel does not publish invented ratings or review totals.
